Cooking instructions for Nyimo / Bambara Groundnut-Bean / Congo Goober;

Wash Beans before placing in cooking pot. Well cover beans with hot water and bring to the boil. As the water reduces, continue adding boiling water, usually from a boiled kettle until the beans are soften to your liking. Than add salt to taste and bring temperature back to the simmer until excess water has evaporated.
